"Ross was recommended to us by a neighbour and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation.  Ross came and looked at the leaking gutter on our bay window roof promptly and gave us costings for two different solutions (lead vs fibreglass).  We took him on and then we had to wait a couple of weeks for the repair, so he came immediately and put a temporary cover over the problem area so that no further damage was done in the meantime.  We are very happy with the end result, which is well constructed and attractive, and Ross finished the job well in all respects, carefully matching masonry paint around the join and leaving everything tidy.  We'll certainly call Ross again, if we find ourselves in need of further roof repairs." "We had used Mr Poulter for a smaller job on our roof, so we were confident to ask him to advise and quote for insulating and re-roofing when this was needed.  He explained clearly what would be required, quoted a very reasonable price and was able to carry out the work when most convenient for us.  Scaffolding was erected and removed, a skip supplied to collect debris and the whole roof refitted and insulated within 10 days.  The work was done as quietly as possible and our neighbours commended their tidiness and courtesy.  We are delighted with the result: the roof is perfectly in keeping with the old house and we are now much warmer.  We can certainly recommend Mr Poulter." I was recommended Roofer Ross Poulter by one of my neighbours as he had previously done work on her house. When I met Ross he was polite and explained to me exactly what the work would entail and gave me a rough estimate as to how long it would take and a cost estimate.

He has great people working for him. The scaffolders were efficient and polite and Ross’s fellow work colleagues were so lovely and very respectful of the family and always cleared up after themselves. As well as the roof he also sorted out some problems that I had with leaking drainpipes.

I would highly recommend Ross and his team.
